I had to return one tie down because I apparently ordered the wrong size, which I probably should’ve double-checked in the first place. The return process was straightforward, and they got back to me quickly. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but that might just be me being impatient. My order from Mac's Custom Tie Downs was mostly correct, but one of the strap colors wasn’t the one I picked. To be fair, the sizes and hardware were all right, so everything still worked for what I needed. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I did expect it to match the order exactly. Shipping was fine too, I just wish it had been checked a little more carefully before going out.

It’s working fine so far, no real complaints. I’ve been using it for a bit and everything seems okay, but I’m still checking the straps now and then to make sure they’re holding up. I noticed it while I was setting it up on a random Tuesday afternoon with coffee sitting next to me, so I’m probably being a little extra cautious. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do.
